By using TicketLelo, you agree to these terms. Event organisers are responsible for their event content and refund policies. TicketLelo acts as a technology provider only. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TicketLelo platform ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, attendees, event organisers, and administrators. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice provided via the platform or email.

2. Platform Usage

You agree to use TicketLelo only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating fake or misleading events.
• Attempting to circumvent QR validation or access controls.
• Reselling tickets in violation of event organiser policies.
• Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying platform features without authorisation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

3. Organiser Responsibilities

If you use TicketLelo to create and manage events, you are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of event information (date, venue, time, pricing).
• Ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws and permits.
• Communicating your refund and cancellation policy clearly to attendees.
• Managing disputes between you and your attendees.
• All taxes applicable to ticket sales and event operations.

4. Attendee Terms

When purchasing a ticket through TicketLelo:

• Your ticket is a license to attend the specific event. It may be non-transferable based on the organiser's settings.
• TicketLelo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of events.
• Tickets purchased are subject to the organiser's refund and cancellation policy.
• Entry may be denied if QR validation fails or the ticket was obtained fraudulently.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payment transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway. By making a purchase you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

Refunds are governed by the event organiser's policy. TicketLelo platform fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. In the event of a cancelled event, TicketLelo will facilitate refund processing on the organiser's behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TicketLelo platform — including logos, UI design, QR validation technology, and software — is the exclusive property of TicketLelo and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content without prior written consent.

Event organisers retain ownership of their event content but grant TicketLelo a limited license to display and process it within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

TicketLelo provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketLelo shall not be liable for:

• Event cancellation, postponement, or changes made by organisers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Loss of data or revenue caused by technical issues outside our control.
• Actions of third-party services integrated with the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. By using TicketLelo, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
